We are seeking a reliable, organised, and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide support until June within our busy Inclusion Services department. This is a part‑time, term‑time only role providing essential administrative support to help ensure learners receive the assistance they need.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality administrative support to the Inclusion Services team.
- Maintain accurate records and databases, including sensitive learner information.
- Assist with the coordination and tracking of support plans, appointments, and meetings.
- Support with paperwork relating to Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs).
- Liaise with staff, parents/carers, and external agencies as needed.
- General office duties such as filing, minute‑taking, data entry, and responding to enquiries.
Ideal Candidate
- Previous experience in an admin role within education or a similar environment.
- Knowledge or experience of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
- A positive, supportive, and learner‑centred approach.
